1) Mix the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup sugar until creamy 2) Add salt, vanilla, and egg and mix until blended 3) Gradually add flour and mix until blended 4) Cover and regrigerate for 2 hours 5) Make balls of dough and roll in sugar 6) Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet 7) Indent each with thumb and fill with jelly 8) Bake at 350 for 12 minutes until lightly golden 9) Cool on rack 10) 170 calories each
